Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
2 medium onions, minced
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned
Preparation

Combine all marinade ingredients and pour over mushrooms. Marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
