Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. lemon juice
2 egg whites
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pt. heavy cream
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin, but substitute 1 cup lemon juice for 1 cup of water.
Let cool and set slightly.
In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold in sugar.
In third bowl, beat whipping cream.
Stir and fold together egg whites, whipped cream and jello.
