Cornbread Confetti Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
3 small tomatoes, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green onions
10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Prepare cornbread according to directions.
Cool, then crumble.
In large bowl, combine other ingredients.
