Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 stick margarine
    1 (12 oz.) can canned milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes until tender.
    Pour off half the water.
    Add the margarine, salt and pepper.
    Mix with electric mixer for 5 minutes. Add milk; mix well.
    If too thick, add water to consistency you like.
