Halibut With Vegetable Crest - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 halibut or sturgeon fillets (1/2 lb. each)
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. finely grated carrot
    1/2 c. chopped, seeded tomato
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. cream cheese, mashed to soften
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    salt
    2 lime wedges (optional)
Preparation
    Lay fish in a single layer in a shallow rectangle or oval 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish.
    Pour lemon juice over.
    With a fork, mix together carrot, tomato, green onion, mayonnaise, cream cheese, parsley and pepper.
    Add salt to taste.
    Mound vegetable mixture equally atop fish.
    If made ahead, cover and chill up to overnight.
