Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream-style corn
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. cornmeal
1 small can chili peppers, chopped
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
grated cheese
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Salt to taste.
Mix it all together and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes or at 375\u00b0 for a longer time and sprinkle cheese on top after it is done.
