Congo Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
    2/3 c. butter
    1 box brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add dry ingredients, chocolate chips and nuts.
    Spread into a 10 x 15-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
