Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb
    1 tsp. butter
    3/4 c. cream
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. flour, mixed with 1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks with sugar, flour, cream and vanilla.
    Put rhubarb in pie crust.
    Pour mixture over rhubarb; dot with butter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 3/4 hour.
    Cover with meringue made from egg whites.
    Brown.
