Plaza Iii Steak Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. flour
    1/2 gal. water
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. onion, carrots and celery, which have been cubed and preboiled
    2 c. frozen vegetables (1 pkg.)
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. beef concentrate
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt oleo and whip in flour to make smooth paste.
    Stir in water.
    Saute chuck; drain off grease and add to soup.
    Add onion, carrots and celery.
    Add frozen vegetables, tomatoes, Accent, beef concentrate and pepper.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer and cook until vegetables are done.
