Blender Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Measure oil into a measuring cup.
    Place egg, mustard, salt, vinegar and 1/4 cup of the oil into a blender container.
    Cover container and blend at low speed.
    Immediately uncover and pour remaining oil in a steady stream while blender remains on low speed.
    As soon as oil is incorporated, switch to high speed for 5 seconds.
    Chill.
    Makes 1 1/4 cups.
