Mushroom-Egg-Onion Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 green onions, chopped
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
6 eggs
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a shallow 1-quart baking dish. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and mushrooms.
Cook until tender.
Set aside.
In blender or food processor, process cottage cheese until almost smooth.
Add sour cream, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
Process until combined.
Stir in onions and mushrooms.
Pour into greased dish.
Bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
