Beef Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium cabbage, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 large (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    2 cans Ro-Tel
    2 cans pinto beans
    1 qt. home canned frozen tomatoes or 2 cans store bought
    1 (6 oz.) pack Italian dressing mix
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Zesty Italian dressing mix
Preparation
    In a large pot, brown beef; drain well.
    Add all other ingredients and simmer until carrots are done, about 1 hour.
    This freezes well.
    It is better the second day.
    It makes enough you'll surely want to share.
