No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 to 3 lb. chicken parts
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice over bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour butter and milk over rice.
    Mix soups and pour over rice.
    Place chicken on top.
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
