Wild Rice With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white rice
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 (8 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown chopped celery, green pepper and onion in margarine. Add mushrooms and their liquid.
    Combine with cooked rice; season to taste.
    Bake in greased baking dish at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
