Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pie shell.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Continue to bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. Cool.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
