Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. fresh apples, peeled and cored
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil, add eggs, flour and remaining ingredients. Add apples and nuts last. Bake in a greased bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. To glaze mix 1 cup brown sugar, 1 stick margarine and 1/4 cup milk, cook until it bubbles and pour over cake.
