Meat Puffs With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine first six ingredients with a fork.
Shape into 2-inch balls.
Heat oil in skillet over moderately high heat.
Brown meatballs, drain the skillet.
Add mushroom soup and water combination and simmer on low heat 20 to 25 minutes.
Cheap and delicious!
