Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli (I use fresh broccoli)
4 whole chicken breasts, cooked and boned (I use whole chicken)
2 (10 1/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. American cheese, grated
1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Cook, drain and arrange broccoli in greased baking dish. Place chicken on top.
Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
