Russian Tea Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter (soft)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. pecan halves
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar for rolling
Preparation

Cream butter and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
Grate pecans until very fine.
Add flour and pecans to creamed mixture and mix just until blended.
Add vanilla and blend.
