Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, almonds, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Top with potato chips.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes about 8 servings.
