Jane'S Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 lemons, juiced
    4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine and
    beat
    with
    electric
    mixer the egg yolks, salt and vinegar
    in
    deep
    bowl.
    Squeeze lemons.
    Then begin adding 1/4 to 1/2\tcup oil to egg mixture.
    Then alternate oil and lemon juice until all has been used.
    Makes full quart.
