Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fresh spinach
    4 to 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 thinly sliced red onion
    4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Tear spinach leaves into bite-sized pieces after thick stems and veins are removed and spinach has been washed and thoroughly dried.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss with dressing of choice.
