Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 large tomato, peeled and cut into wedges
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 tsp. dried whole basil
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and basil in a 1 3/4-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
    Toss lightly.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
    Yield: 6 servings.
