Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 c. light raisins
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Cut in margarine until crumble. Add egg, orange peel and juice all at once.
    Stir until evenly moist.
    Fold in raisins and cranberries.
    Place in greased and lightly floured loaf pan.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, 10 minutes.
    You may substitute cranberries for the raisins, using a total of 3 c. cranberries.
