Sunday Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 pieces chicken
    1/3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salad herbs
Preparation
    Coat chicken with combined flour and seasoning.
    Brown on all sides in hot Crisco.
    Reduce heat and cook, uncovered, for about 45 minutes until the chicken is tender or put in oven for 45 minutes.
