Crock-Pot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 medium acorn squash (unpeeled)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. brown Kitchen Bouquet
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from pork chops.
    Cut each squash into 4 or 5 crosswise slices; remove seeds.
    Arrange 3 chops on bottom of crock-pot.
    Place all squash slices on top, then add the last 3 chops.
    Combine salt, pepper, sugar, Kitchen Bouquet, orange juice and peel.
    Cover; cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
