Egg Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

In small bowl, beat egg whites, vanilla, cream of tartar and salt to soft peaks.
Gradually add sugar, beating until very stiff peaks form and sugar is dissolved.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cool before removing from pan.
