Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. peanut butter (chunky style)
6 c. old fashioned oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Blend in sugars, eggs and peanut butter; mix until smooth.
Add oats, baking soda, raisins and chocolate chips.
(Dough will be sticky.) Drop on a greased baking sheet with a large spoon or ice cream scoop.
Flatten slightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool.
Yields 2 dozen.
