French Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. pancake mix
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 slightly beaten egg
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. ice water
2 lb. shrimp, peeled
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except shrimp; beat smooth.
Dry shrimp well; dip into batter.
Fry in hot deep fat (375\u00b0) until golden brown.
Drain.
