Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. trimmed beef tenderloin
    coarsely ground black pepper
    lemon pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. bourbon
    2 strips bacon
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    Sprinkle tenderloin with peppers. Put in a heavy duty Ziploc bag. Mix soy sauce, bourbon and garlic and pour over meat. Close bag and let sit for 2 hours at room temperature.
