Italian Mint Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. fresh mint leaves
2 large tomatoes, cut coarsely
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mash garlic with salt to form paste.
Add mint leaves and crush well.
Add tomatoes, olive oil and pepper.
Continue to press until combined well and forms a thick sauce.
