Easy And Quick Jelly Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until light and gradually add sugar and water. Beat well.
Sift dry ingredients together and gradually add to the batter.
Fold in well beaten egg whites.
Pour into a well-greased and floured 11 1/2 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 not over 15 minutes. Turn out on a cloth sprinkled with powdered sugar. Trim end edges.
Spread with jelly or jam.
Roll while cake is warm, wrapping it in the cloth.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before slicing.
