Three Milks Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 pt. half and half
    pinch of salt
    2 prepared pound cakes (12 oz. each)
    1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
Preparation
    Cut cakes into 6 slices each.
    Combine milks and salt in a large bowl and stir well; set aside.
    Lay cake slices in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour milk mixture evenly over cake slices; cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator and spread thawed whipped topping over cake.
    Chill for additional 1 to 2 hours.
    Garnish with fresh fruit or your favorite pie filling.
    Serves 12 to 15.
