Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shell macaroni, cooked until tender
1 can water chestnuts
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. pimento
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sour cream or mayo (8 oz.)
1 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni shells until tender.
Mix water chestnuts, green pepper, onion, pimento, soup, mushrooms and sour cream.
Combine mixture with macaroni.
Top with crumbs and cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
