Crab-Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 large bell pepper, minced
    1 c. shallots, minced
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. dry parsley or 1/4 c. fresh
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil or 1/8 c. fresh
    8 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. white wine
    3 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order listed, folding gently to blend. Divide into 3 unbaked 9-inch pie shells.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
