Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    12 oz. can evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 or 2 c. pecans, toasted
Preparation
    Cook and stir margarine, milk and sugars to soft-ball stage (235\u00b0).
    Add vanilla and pecans.
    Beat until thick.
    Drop onto waxed paper or foil.
