Maple Oat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. oats
    1 c. oil
    2 c. mashed ripe bananas (4 to 5 medium)
    1 c. chopped nuts (black walnuts)
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grease a tube pan and dust with oatmeal.
    Combine flour, oats and soda; toss.
    In mixing bowl, cream oil and sugar.
    Mix in bananas, eggs and walnuts.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix on low speed until thoroughly blended.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes in pan.
    Cool on rack completely.
    Drizzle with Maple Glaze.
