Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    4 to 5 pieces cubed leftover bread
    1 onion, sauteed
    1 bag shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 to 8 eggs, whipped
    1 can evaporated milk
    seasonings as you like
Preparation
    You will need a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    This recipe can be modified to the taste or availability of ingredients of the chef.
    It can also be made large (lasagna pan large) by doubling or tripling the recipe.
