Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell, baked
    2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks
    coconut
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (except crust) and cook until slightly thickened. Pour into baked pie shell.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and pour on top of pie.
    Sprinkle with coconut and return to oven to brown.
