Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
5 sweet green peppers, chopped
4 onions, chopped
6 jalapeno peppers, chopped small
1 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Preparation

Mix together.
Simmer until thick, 1 hour or more.
Pour into hot jars and seal.
