Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can evaporated milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped to soft stage
    2 cans condensed milk
    whole milk
    vanilla to taste
    fruit (optional)
Preparation
    Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, whipping cream, vanilla and fruit (if desired).
    Pour into ice cream freezer and add whole milk to the fill line on container.
    Makes a very rich, creamy ice cream.
    This also freezes well if not all used at time of making.
