Coffee Tin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. boiling water
    4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour (use half wheat flour)
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Let raisins, boiling water and soda sit overnight after mixing.
    Grease three 1-pound coffee tins.
    Mix sugar and flour and add oil slowly.
    Mix with overnight raisin mixture.
    Fill coffee tins half full.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let sit 10 minutes.
    Shake out of cans.
