Turkey And Wild Rice Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild and white rice mix (uncooked)
2 1/3 c. water
2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (14 oz.) can whole artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In 2-quart lightly greased casserole, combine rice with seasoning packet, water, turkey, mushrooms, artichokes and pimento.
Cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Top casserole with cheese.
Return to oven and bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serves 6.
