Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, peeled and cut in 1/4-inch pieces
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar*
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. sugar**
    1 can tomato soup, undiluted
Preparation
    *You can also use 1/4 cup wine vinegar and 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar.
