Cake Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. milk or water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. shortening
1 lb. powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix top 3 ingredients.
Then, add sugar slowly until the right thickness to spread.
