Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. yellow squash, washed, sliced, cooked until tender and mashed
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Add onion, sugar, salt, pepper, egg (add and beat quickly to avoid curdling), 1/2 stick oleo and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs to squash.
    Pour into a casserole dish and top with another 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and another 1/2 stick melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or microwave on Full power for 30 to 40 minutes.
