Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. fresh mushrooms
3 slices bacon, chopped
3/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 to 4 drops red pepper sauce
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Wash mushrooms, remove stems and chop fine.
Microwave mushroom caps at Medium for 1 minute.
Microwave bacon at High until crisp (2 1/2 to 3 minutes).
Drain.
Add mushroom stems, onions, salt, pepper and red pepper sauce.
Microwave on High for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes.
Blend in flour.
Stir in cream until smooth.
Microwave until thickened and smooth.
Fill each mushroom cap with bacon mixture and cheese.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese melts. Makes about 12 appetizers.
