Divine Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. warm coffee
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup and coffee in saucepan.
    Place over low heat and boil until mixture forms threads when dropped from a spoon (230\u00b0 to 234\u00b0 on candy thermometer).
    Slowly pour half the syrup into egg whites, beating while pouring.
