Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soft butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in butter.
    Combine orange rind, juice and egg; add to dry ingredients, just enough to moisten. Fold in cranberries.
    Turn into greased and floured loaf pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
