Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers, chopped
    12 green peppers, chopped
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 1/2 pt. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cover peppers and onion with boiling water and let set 10 minutes. Drain; cover with boiling water and bring to a boil.
    Let stand 10 minutes. Drain. Mix ingredients and cook 10 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal. May process in canner 5 minutes.
